Background

Years of experience taking care of clients whether through customer service or account management. Demonstrated leadership strengths while serving as president of a sport non-profit which included over- seeing a budget, directing staff, event planning, operations, marketing and working with local government. Community and Media relations experience through multiple sports organizations on both the collegiate and professional level.

Leadership

Lead a board of 25 members and 50 managers of teams as President of Laguna Niguel Little League for two years while serving 600 players and their families.

Marketing

Under my direction as President of LNLL, oversaw a massive rebranding and marketing campaign of the league that included a new logo design, website, marketing materials and methods. I also have experience with in-game marketing during collegiate basketball tournaments and USC football games.

Account Managing / Customer Service

Understood assuming the demands of clients while conferring the highest quality of service whether in the capacity of customer service or an account manager.

Event Planning

Oversaw and helped plan three major events each year as President of Laguna Niguel Little League including an Opening Day Home Run Derby, Closing Day Carnival and our one major fundraiser – the Annual Golf Tournament and Banquet.

Budgeting

Oversaw and helped create the $130,000 annual budget for Laguna Niguel Little League that ran the scope from facility rental to snack bar revenue. Ensured each season ended in a budget surplus with a growth of more than 20% each year served.

Community Relations

Represented the Ontario Fury Soccer Team by conducting and presenting “Health’s a Kick” assemblies to more than 25,000 school age children during the course of their season at elementary and middle schools across the Inland Empire. Represented Laguna Niguel Little League at city council meetings and while working with government officials in matters concerning the league and the families in the league.

Media Relations

Assist the Assistant Athletic Director in Media Relations at UC Irvine with creating archived record books of multi-sports over the course of the university’s history.
